  1. What’s the safest way to get to this hotel on foot as you have an article addressing this area as a higher crime hotspot? This write up doesn’t mention the crime or safety of its area yet looks to be in the centre of El Ravel? It has excellent reviews but want to make sure I’m making a safe choice when walking around?

      Hi Lisa,
During the day the area is not problematic, except for pickpockets maybe. You can just walk to the hotel from Liceu metro station on Rambla along Carrer de l’Hospital.
At night as a single female maybe just take a taxi. Taxis are easy to flag down and fairly cheap in Barcelona, especially since most distances are short. Expect to pay less than 10€ for a 5min taxi ride.
