Our sample programme for a special MICE event in Barcelona for 4 days/3 nights. Of course, we will completely customize this programme to your requirements!

Accommodation

For this offer we offer a five star hotel located in some of the most prominent areas of Barcelona. This offer is made for double rooms, but of course there can also be booked optional a single room.

Day 1

After a “Meet and Greet“ at the airport with our guide, you will drive in a modern and comfortable bus to your hotel in Barcelona. All our business class

buses come equipped with free wi-fi and complementary bottle of water for to ensure you journey is as comfortable as possible Check-in and refresh before

we head for dinner. Since you already traveled a lot this day we will make this a relaxing evening for you.

You will be rewarded with a delicious welcome dinner in a Michelin Star restaurant, consisting of a three course meal including wine, water and coffee. Satisfied with the highest quality meal the bus will drive you back to the hotel. Enjoy the first night in Barcelona with some free time to explore the famous nightlife or just take a “cerveza“ in one of the countless bars.

Day 2

On our second we will carry out a wide range of fantastic activities that will help you to truly appreciate and enjoy your time in Barcelona.

After a fantastic buffet breakfast in the hotel we will begin with a tour in Go Cars and a Helicopter flight. On this unique tour we combine the best of

Barcelona from the ground and from the air. We start with the nimble GoCars in small groups of 2 per car and a separate guide on our tour of the vibrant city. The Go Cars are a fantastic way to learn about the city, why not enjoy your own on board commentary as you drive around the beautiful area of Montjuic and the Olympic Ring. Take in the breathtaking views from the mountain top and enjoy the atmosphere surrounding stadiums such as the Olympic stadium and Camp Nou.

Following this we will take a flight over the city and the Mediterranean beaches via helicopter offering wonderful views of the city and surrounding area.

This is truly an unforgettable experience.

After our tours by Go Car and Helicopter we will explore Barcelona by the sea by enjoying an excellent 2 hour sailing cruise on a traditional boat, the Goleta Karya. During the cruise we will have some teambuilidng games organised as well as some drinks. It should be a very enjoyable experience.

Having experienced Barcelona by ground, sea and sky we will return to the hotel where you can refresh before enjoying a delicious dinner in a typical Spanish restaurant, consisting of a three course meal including wine, water and coffee.

Day 3

The day begins with a buffet breakfast in your hotel. Afterwards our guide and bus will pick you up for a half day excursion to one of the key highlights of Barcelona: The awe-inspiring architecture of Antoni Gaudi.

Admire the UNESCO heritage buildings of Casa Mila and Casa Batllo in the picturesque Eixample quarter before we will approach Barcelona’s most famous landmark, the cathedral of Sagrada Familia: this still unfinished gem of modernism architecture was begun in 1882 and the final completion is planned for 2026, the 100th anniversary of the death of Antoní Gaudí.

We will continue to the upper city and the slopes of the Sierra de Collserola mountain range to reach Parc Güell. Your guide will take you for a short walk through this fairy-tale garden with its beautiful mosaics and amazing views up to the Mediterranean Sea. Take a short break on its terrace for a picture on the famous curved benches.

Following this we will give you the afternoon to enjoy the city at your own leisure!

During the evening we will attend a typical Andalusian Flamenco show experience the fantastic spectacle in a typical palace in the centre of Barcelona. Having

its roots in Andalusia in the south of Spain, Flamenco nowadays is popular throughout the whole country. This will be combined it with a Paella or Tapas Menu and the typical drink of Sangria while sitting at a table on the ground floor next to the stage.

Finally after the show we will have an all exclusive visit to Casa Mila from the inside at night. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get a real exclusive look at the marvelous architecture of Gaudí. With complimentary glass of Cava to accompany your visit you can enjoy a beautiful setting with your own exclusive audiovisual tour with. Admire a wonderful feat architecture illuminated wonderfully against the night.

Day 4

Enjoy the breakfast once again before getting ready to depart following a special few days. According to the departure of your flight we will pick you up from the hotel. With a lot of impressions you will make your way home, hopefully already thinking when you will return to our beautiful city.

Optionally, we are happy to include the following activities into your programme:

  • FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou stadium & museum: Europe’s largest stadium will be yours from the player’s changing rooms to the pitch. Feel like Lionel Messi when you hold the champions league trophy in the Barca museum – 25€ per person
  • Poble Espanol, the Spanish village: since the 1929 world exhibition, this open air museum shows you the diversity of Spain in one place. Wander through the cobble-stones streets lined by white-washed Andalusian houses and enjoy Spanish architecture, cuisine, handicraft workshops and artists – 9€ per person
  • Lunch in a typical Spanish restaurant – from 15€ per person
  • Choice of freshly prepared lunch boxes including salad, sandwich and drink for a lunch break during your tour – 15€ per person
