Primavera Sound Festival
Primavera Sound Festival takes place in Barcelona in the end of May. Extended to 5 days, this means more Djs, more locations and more party!
While the 3 central days will be held in Parc del Forum, for the first and the last day Primavera Sound will be back to Poble Espanyol on Montjuic.
Primavera Sound marks the peak of the Barcleona festival season in spring with more than 80,000 visitors and almost 200 djs and bands. Among them in the last years were top-acts like the Pixies, Florence and the Machine, Grizzly Bear and the Pet Shop Boys.
In addition to the music festival, Primavera Sound provides the business platform Primavera Pro for professionals in the entertainment industry. Daily presentations will be followed by networking events in the evenings which will typically end in a party.
Comaparable to Sonar Festival’s Sonar Pro, Primavera Pro is a hub for artists, record companies and service providers like distribution and communication agencies.
Primavera Club Festival
In autumn, in the end of November a slightly smaller version of the festival will take place simultaneously in Barcelona and Madrid. Primavera Club Festival will host artists like the Scottish band Teenage Fanclub in various locations across Barcelona.
