The mini car is a small 2-seater car with three wheels that is powered by the engine of a scooter. So any driver’s license valid in Spain will be sufficient to drive it.
The car has got automatic transmission, so do not worry about changing gears, the only thing you will have to do is accelerate, brake and steer. Very easy!
