with us via WhatsApp and wish to have your data deleted, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: privacy@bcn.travel
2. Subject line: "WhatsApp Data Deletion Request"
3. Include:
   - Your WhatsApp phone number
   - Your full name
   - Email address for confirmation

We will:
- Acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- Complete deletion within 30 days
- Send confirmation once processed

Data we delete includes:
- Your phone number
- Message history with our business
- Any personal information shared in conversations

Note: This does not delete your WhatsApp account, only data stored 
by Local Travel Solutions SL (trading as BCN Travel).
