For the PVRI conference in Barcelona, we ensured everything went smoothly. Not only did we handle logistical transfers needed, we were also responsible for the leisure part of the conference.
We created a personalized website for the 450 attendees with 13 different activities to choose & sign up for.
These were 100% individualized, adding a unique, memorable and personal experience for attendees. Taking a hands-on role at the conference, we were an additional layer of support for attendees. Our presence at the conference assured all attendees had the opportunity to participate in tours.
