How do I use the Barcelona Card?

After you booked the card on our website you will receive a voucher on your email. With this voucher, you go to one of the Official Barcelona Tourist Offices. Here you can exchange the voucher for the Barcelona Card.

After you picked up the card you can use it at the attractions. Either you go to an attraction immediately, show the card and receive the discount or free access or you can book in advance.

If you want/need to book in advance we would advise you to contact the specific attraction directly to make a reservation with the discount.

MOBILE VOUCHER: If you have got your voucher on your mobile phone, please go to the office on Placa Catalunya and send the voucher to the front-office staff via email in their free wifi.

PRINTED VOUCHER: If you have got your printed voucher, you can exchange it at any of the official Barcelona tourist offices.

Is the Barcelona Card worth it?

If the Barcelona Card is worth it or not depends mainly on your travel in Barcelona. We would recommend you to use public transport, as taxis can be expensive and unnecessary.

If you want to get the most money out of it you should plan a few various activities/museums a day. Iron out a plan beforehand with everything you would like to do, then you can assess if it is worth it or not.

How do I use the Hola BCN Transport Card?

After you booked the card on our website you will receive a voucher on your email. With this voucher, you go to one of the Official Barcelona Tourist Offices. Here you exchange the voucher for the Hola BCN Card.

After you pick up the card, you can start using it for the public transport in Barcelona, just like a normal transportation card.

Can I use my Hola Bcn card to get to Girona/Montserrat/Sitges?

No, the Hola BCN Card is only valid for zone one of the Barcelona transport network.

How do I use the Best of Barcelona Combo?

After you booked the card on our website you will receive all vouchers and tickets on your email.

For Sagrada Familia and Park Guell you have to select the date and time when you make the booking, because these two major monuments of Barcelona require a reservation to visit!

You will receive the tickets for these monuments a week before arrival on your email, together with the tickets for the harbour cruise and the flamenco show.

The travel pass for all city and airport transport you pick up at one of the Official Barcelona Tourist Offices right at the airport or in various locations in the city centre.

Together with the travel pass you also receive the discount & museum card. Both get activated from first use for the amount of hours you selected: 3 days (72h), 4 days (96h) or 5 days (120h).

How do I use the iVenture Card:

After you made the booking at our website you will receive a separate email with your personal Booking ID.

Select the activities you want and activate your iVenture Card online

From Monday to Sunday, 8:30h to 20:00h

Once you activate the card, you have 7 consecutive days to see as much as you have selected before it expires. Just show your pass at the entry to get in.

How do I use the Articket?
