Barcelona Shuttle Bus
Save time and money on our door to door shuttle service! Get picked up at the airport, port or hotel for a convenient transfer in a shared vehicle.
Since this is a shared shuttle bus, it cannot enter some lanes in the historic city centre of Barcelona, so please be aware that you might have to walk up to 5 min with your luggage.
Please book the shuttle min. 3 days in advance, we cannot accept any passengers on the spot without a reservation!
For a more comfortable service, or if you are more than 2 people, we recommend our private transfers.

If you stay in an apartment, the pickup can be at a hotel next door. Please note that in the historic centre of Barcelona some roads are inaccessible for the shuttle, so you might have to walk up to 5 minutes to the pickup point.

Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 April – October
After collecting your luggage please follow the exit signs to the arrivals hall, and meet our guides inside the arrival hall or come to our office at the tour operator floor.
Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 November – March
After collecting your luggage follow the signs to the downstairs exit door of the airport. When downstairs you must take the FREE GREEN TERMINALS SHUTTLE BUS to terminal 2. Enter the terminal building and come to our office which is found opposite checkin desk 8, where you will be met by our shuttle guide.
Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 2
After collecting your luggage please follow the exit signs to the arrivals hall, turn left towards the checkin desks. Opposite checkin desk 8 you will find our office.
Delayed Flights
The shuttles are scheduled to depart about 45-60min after your scheduled plane arrival time. In case of significantly delayed flights, your scheduled shuttle might have to leave with the other passengers on board. In this case, we will put you on the next available shuttle. If the next shuttle is full and the waiting time for the next available shuttle should be more than 60min, you can decide if you want wait for it or if you prefer to cancel and take a full refund!

Return Pick Up Confirmation for Hotel and Apartment Pickups
Your pickup time will be from Barcelona between 2h30 and 4h before your flight departure time. Please check your exact pickup time the day before departure as explained on your voucher.
Luggage
One large suitcase and one hand-luggage item per person is included. Special items like bike boxes can be reserved at the price of an additional person on the different routes.
